Construction law is a diverse field with many different statutes, such as private standard contracts (NS), plan and building rules, HSE regulations, and a multitude of technical industry building standards and requirements. Challenges can occur at several stages in the process, from estimates and contract awards to the final settlement and any subsequent litigation.
