Renate Iren Heggelund

Renate Heggelund works primarily the firm’s department of labor law and has experience from assisting both employers and employees in various legal issues, negotiations and disputes regarding labour law. Heggelund also has several years of practical experience from the employers’ side through a position as head of administration in Oslo prison, including follow-up of disputed personnel cases, preparation of HR strategies, negotiations with elected representatives etc. Heggelund has also taught a number of courses and workshops in labour law, including several 40-hour courses for managers. Heggelund has also studied personell mangagement in BI business school.

Renate Heggelund also works in the department for family, – inheritance and child welfare at Brækhus. Heggelund has litigated various disputes on behalf of private parties in the courts, and has extensive experience with financial settlement and the preparation of covenants and wills.
