Kristine N. Slotnæs

Kristine Slotnæs focuses primarily on matters pertaining to employment law.

She assists both employers and employees in work related issues, including daily consulting with issues regarding personnel, processes of reorganisations and downsizing, employment, termination of employment, handling of conflicts, negotiations and dispute resolutions.

Slotnæs also teaches courses in labour law.

In addition Slotnæs has broad experience within the field of M&A, company law and contract law. Slotnæs has amongst others assisted clients in both national and international transactions, mergers and demergers, preparing and negotiating contracts.
