Hedda Sofie Taxerås

Hedda Sofie Taxerås is affiliated with our department for company law and bankruptcy. She works mainly in finance, insolvency and restructuring. Among other things, she assists in connection with bankruptcy proceedings, debt negotiations and restructuring and financing processes.

Taxerås has a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen. During her master’s degree, she exchanged half a year to the University of Glasgow and had various stays as a trainee. Taxerås wrote her master’s thesis on the excemption from the reporting obligation for lawyers pursuant to the Money Laundering Act § 26 third paragraph.
