Eirik Espenes has experience with transaction and lease of all types of property, development of building projects, public planning and building permits, construction and all other activities associated with property development.

Espenes has brought many cases before the courts and arbitration within a wide range of issues, including purchase, sale and rental, construction, trade services, neighbour law, the public roads act, real estate agent act etc.

Espenes has experience as manager and board member of several residential and commercial properties in Oslo and Akershus.

Espenes has been CEO and real estate agent at a real estate agency (2007-2013), specializing in development and sale of housing projects.
