Toralv Follestad works mainly with tax law, corporate law and real estate.
He assists client with legal and strategic advice on tax and tax disputes. He also give general tax and corporate law advice when drafting contracts on e.g. business transfers, mergers and acquisitions. He litigates regularly before Norwegian courts, mainly in tax disputes.
He also gives advice to several non-Norwegian entities doing business in Norway.
