Marcus C. Lindstrøm

Marcus Lindstrøm focuses on construction law, as well as on litigation and dispute resolution. He assists both Norwegian and foreign companies with both general advise as well as litigation. He has litigated large number of cases ranging from smaller building projects to large and complex construction projects regarding considerable claims and with many parties involved.

Lindstrøm has a strong general interest in litigation, and regularly litigates cases within other disciplines, such as trade and agency agreements, torts, professional liability and cases regarding temporary injunctions.
