Brede Ajer Haglund is primarily working with commercial contracts within the technology sector. He also covers national and international tax law, corporate law and European Economic Community regulations.

Haglund is key account manager for Siemens, Norsk Tipping and responsible for the preparation of offers on behalf of Capgemini. He has broad experience with commercial contracts, especially relating to sale and purchase of IT and technology.

He is also the trusted Norwegian advisor for the Capgemini Big Deals team. This has provided considerable experience of major private and public procurements and team sales. He also has practical experience from significant preparation phases (Due-Diligence), negotiation and decision-making.

Haglund has also an extended experience in international and national tax law, both corporate and private. Haglund has assisted service providers in the gaming industry and professional odds and poker players who want an orderly relationship with Norwegian tax authorities since 2008. Through this work, he has gained expertise in the gaming industry and market as well as EEA law and practice. Haglund is ranked by Who’s Who Legal in the Sports and Gaming category, an honour shared with only one other Norwegian lawyer.
