There is often talk\u00a0of the comprehensive and long-lasting contractual relationship with large budgets. Construction law is a diverse field with many different statutes, such as private standard contracts (NS), plan and building rules, HSE regulations, and a multitude of technical industry building standards and requirements. Challenges can occur at several stages in the process, from estimates and contract awards to the final settlement and any subsequent litigation. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our team of construction law attorneys assist with all types of construction projects, supporting supervisors, contractors and planners alike. We have diverse experience consulting in all phases of the building project and litigate many cases annually. Our lawyers have in-depth industry knowledge. Our main objective is to help make sure conflicts are avoided by contributing expert advice, good contracts, and attention to detail along the way.
