Through our International Desk and international partners, we have long experience with assisting foreign franchises and other forms of distribution with establishment, import, and distribution in Norway.<\/p>\n<p>We have extensive experience with supervising performance goals, restructuring of distribution systems, rebalancing, and liquidation of various elements from both the chain and dealer aspects. We mostly create results through amicable arrangements and renegotiations, but we also litigate distribution cases in court.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We assist with:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design of the commission, agent, distribution, limited distribution and franchise agreements<\/li>\n<li>Adaptation of foreign franchise concepts to Norwegian customs and law<\/li>\n<li>Assist in securing the franchise concept, \u201cbest practice\u201d, and other know-how during the contract agreement and after the termination of said agreement<\/li>\n<li>Design of different performance criteria in the contract agreement, such as revenue targets and terms of exclusivity, and assistance in evaluating these criteria in regards to bonuses, renegotiation, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation support in all stages of the agreement relationship: establishing, renewal, termination<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation with foreign franchise concepts on behalf of Norwegian distributors and agents<\/li>\n<li>Relations with public authorities (Consumer Agency, Competition Authority, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":410,"template":"","format":"standard","yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v15.9.1 -
