Intellectual property rights (IPR) as trademarks, patents, designs, copyright and trade secrets represent an increasingly bigger and more important part of most companies. The Norwegian Marketing Control Act provides companies with protection against copying and unfair exploitation of the company\u2019s goodwill, at the same time as the Act sets requirements for the company\u2019s own marketing, both in relation to competitors and consumers.<\/strong><\/p>\n
