Br\u00e6khus is pleased to announce the appointment of <\/strong>Frank C. Aase<\/strong> as new managing partner, taking over the reins from <\/strong>Stein E. Hove<\/strong> who is stepping down after 17 years in the role.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the head of Br\u00e6khus\u2019 department of Finance and Corporate, Mr Aase is a specialist within the fields of corporate matters, transactions, banking and finance, board liability, restructuring and insolvency. He started his career as an associate in Br\u00e6khus in 2007 and came back to the firm in 2015 after stints as an in-house lawyer in Nordea Bank Norge ASA and Tryg forsikring<\/p>\n

Mr Aase takes over from Stein E. Hove, who has been managing partner for the last 17 years.<\/p>\n

In addition to his new role as managing partner, Mr Aase remains dedicated to serving the legal needs of his clients. Commenting on the appointment, he stated: \u201cI am both honoured and excited to have been appointed managing partner and I look forward to realising the firm\u2019s strategy and continue our growth trajectory in the market together with my colleagues. Br\u00e6khus is experiencing significant growth and has undergone a transformation in recent years with the adoption of new technology, change of name and profile, generational change and a move to new and modern premises. We have also bolstered our ranks with the hiring of several highly qualified lawyers, which I believe to be indicative of our great working environment. We are in the midst of a very exciting time in the field of legal services, where the combination of uncompromising legal expertise, commercial experience and new technological solutions will be crucial in order to meet the future needs of our clients. In my new role as managing partner, I look forward to building on what we have achieved and working with my colleagues to deliver exceptional and innovative legal services to our clients.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n

Commenting on the appointment, Br\u00e6khus Chair Johan Hveding said: \u201cWe are utterly delighted that Frank has been appointed managing partner of Br\u00e6khus. Frank is an energetic and commercially oriented leader with superb analytical and strategical proficiencies, which will serve him well in the further development phase of Br\u00e6khus. At the same time, I would like to thank Stein for his dedicated leadership for the past 17 years. Stein has made considerable contributions to the development of Br\u00e6khus as its managing partner, in particular in growing the firm, profile, reputation and size to become one of the pre-eminent firms in Norway. Stein will continue as a partner in Br\u00e6khus, providing his clients with high quality service in litigation and dispute resolution<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n
